Q2: What is it used for, and what’s the difference between the two glitter types? A: It’s specially made for heat transfer printing of perler bead patterns on garments. Fine glitter has tiny, delicate particles; chunky glitter features larger flakes with stronger 3D visual effect and heavier weight, which requires 1–2 extra pressing cycles during heat transfer.

Q3: What’s the standard heat transfer process for fine glitter? A: Temperature: 150–160℃, time: 14–16 seconds, no extra pressure needed.

1.First press twice at 150℃ for 15s, iron from four different directions for full adhesion.

2.Re-press 3–4 times at the same temperature for 14s, lift the heat press and cool down for 10 seconds between each press.

3.Peel the carrier film slowly after the temperature drops below 40℃.

Q4: How to avoid glitter shedding or peeling off after transfer? A: 92% of such defects are caused by peeling at temperature over 40℃ when the adhesive is not fully cured. Peel fine glitter under 40℃, and wait until room temperature for chunky glitter.

Q5: What about packing & MOQ? A: 10 pieces per small pack, shipped in full cartons only. MOQ is one full carton, and the quantity per carton varies by size.
