# Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Product Statement

Most of our products are customized according to customers’ drawings, sizes and requirements. Customized products do not support unconditional return or refund, unless defects are caused by our production errors or quality problems.

2. Quality Problem Solution

If obvious quality defects occur due to our production, please provide photos or video proof within 7 days after you receive the goods. We will negotiate solutions including remanufacture, partial compensation or refund for defective parts.

3. Non-quality Situation

If you place wrong orders, change your demand or cancel orders after production starts, return and refund requests will not be accepted. Any extra rework cost shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Return Shipping Cost

If returns are caused by our quality issues, return freight will be covered by our factory. If you take initiative to return goods for personal reasons, all shipping expenses shall be undertaken by yourself.
