Shipping & Delivery Policy

DODOLY, operated by Yiwu Meian Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., supplies 2.6mm mini fuse beads and OEM/ODM products to international B2B customers.

01 | Shipping Methods

We support sea freight, air freight, international express, and customer-appointed freight forwarders.

02 | Production & Lead Time

Ready-stock orders: 3–7 working days.

Standard bulk orders: 7–15 working days.

OEM/ODM orders: 15–20 working days.

Lead times begin after order confirmation and receipt of the agreed payment. For customized orders, lead times begin after final sample approval and receipt of the agreed payment. International shipping time is not included. Final schedules are confirmed according to order requirements.

03 | EXW Terms & Shipping Costs

Our standard wholesale quotations are based on EXW (Incoterms® 2020), unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are generally dispatched from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. The actual delivery location is confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice. Under EXW terms, the buyer is responsible for collection, transportation, and applicable customs formalities and costs, unless otherwise agreed.

04 | International Shipping & Customs

We supply customers worldwide, subject to destination restrictions. Duties, taxes, and customs responsibilities follow the agreed trade terms.

05 | Packaging

Standard wholesale packaging and customized OEM/ODM packaging are available. Packaging and labeling requirements must be confirmed before production.

06 | Shipment Updates & Delays

Shipment information is provided when available. If significant production or delivery delays occur, we will contact the customer to discuss appropriate arrangements.
